Beautiful Women From Skid Row To Beverly Hills

Child sexual abuse is a form of child abuse in which a child is abused for the sexual gratification of an adult or older adolescent. In addition to direct sexual contact, child sexual abuse also occurs when an adult indecently exposes their genitalia to a child, asks or pressures a child to engage in sexual activities, displays pornography to a child, or uses a child to produce child pornography
Approximately 20% to 25% of women and 5% to 15% of men were sexually abused when they were children. Most sexual abuse offenders are acquainted with their victims; approximately 30% are relatives of the child, most often fathers, uncles or cousins; around 60% are other acquaintances such as friends of the family, babysitters, or neighbors; strangers are the offenders in approximately 10% of child sexual abuse cases. Most child sexual abuse is committed by men; women commit approximately 14% of offenses reported against boys and 6% of offenses reported against girls. Most offenders who abuse pre-pubescent children are pedophiles, however a small percentage do not meet the diagnostic criteria for pedophilia. Join us for a day with the beautiful women of skid row as they share their own experiences relating to childhood abuse to childhood molestation always remembering encourage those who are still victims to the fact that they too can heal, grow and overcome these life-long battle of the soul; voices Women of Skid Row. The problem is so hidden yet so prevalent that we feel woman all the way from Beverly Hills back over to Skid Row will view this gathering and relate in much the same way, lets get this issue out into the light, lets make this a serious crime as serious as murder with the same consequences.

Driving Towards Success

Sherita Herring is a Motivational Speaker, Radio Personality, Author and President of Kreative Images Foundation (www.kifoundation.org) who assist, directs and educates people to reaching their highest potential especially in the acquisition of nonprofit founding and growth. This presentation is called Driving To Success which she often uses as a metaphor on life suggesting that one should place people in their lives in positions of priorities in sets closer to them while keeping in mind that we should never kick anyone out of our lives, just move them as it were to the back of the bus.
