Los Angeles Poverty Department & Otis College of Art & Design’s Public Practice Graduate Students are teaming up to commemorate the birth of recovery in Los Angeles.
In 1940, downtown was the site of L.A.’s first public Alcoholics Anonymous meeting. As one of the world’s most prolific recovery programs, its continued impact deserves some celebration!!! Right?
